This course brings together parents, teachers, and Zoom Educator Certified Educators to create collaborative, student-focused solutions that work.

• Conflict Resolution – Gain tools to resolve school-related challenges with calm, clarity, and collaboration.
• Empowering Students – Help learners take ownership of their education through reflection, self-assessment, and active goal-setting.
As your Parent Liaison, you can expect:

• Assistance in understanding school systems, terms, and processes
• Foster family involvement in academic decisions and updates
• Guide you in accessing services and advocating for your child’s needs
